Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund/exchange/store credit.
Our products are made-to-order for you upon purchase. Because of this, it is easier to keep products available in all sizes and styles, reduce waste and environmental impact, and avoid selling out of a specific product or size. As a result of this policy, we do not carry stock and do not accept returns for orders fulfilled correctly that arrive undamaged. All sales are final. Please refer to the sizing chart when ordering products to ensure correct fit and avoid purchasing a product that is not sized correctly for you.
If you receive a product that is damaged or has a quality issue, we will be happy to issue store credit at the value of the product so you can receive a replacement. Applicable issues include receiving a product that has any of the following: stains, rips, tears, printing issues, or receiving a size different than the size ordered. If these issues apply to your order, please contact us here. Please set the message subject to “Product Issue”, include your order number, and attach pictures of your issue.
